Online Learning Opportunities for Iowa High School Students

Iowa Learning Online (ILO) is an Iowa Department of Education initiative designed to help local Iowa school districts expand learning opportunities for their high school students through high quality, rigorous courses delivered online. Students are enrolled in ILO courses through their local school or district. All courses are taught by Iowa licensed and appropriately endorsed teachers.

  • Fall 2016 Semester
    • August 23 - December 16
    • Withdrawal grace period ends Sept. 20th at 4:00pm
    • Midterm week Oct. 17-21
  • Spring 2017 Semester
